I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with exceptional staff service that made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the quality of the breakfast each morning. The spa facilities were a great way to unwind after exploring London, and the location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, I did notice that while the dining experience was generally good, it could be improved in variety. Overall, I found great value for my money.
